@HsuStem A4: I believe that parents that want to be in communications will do so. I have not been a teacher but was a Homeroom Parent for multiple classrooms for multiple years. I sent out letters, emails, texts, and reminder slips. Lack of wifi isn't the major problem with communication.

@HsuStem A3: I have found in some ways that classroom norms have become more strict. I believe that this is needed so that you don't get inappropriate situations.
