How I tell the difference between panic attacks, meltdowns and shutdowns:
Panic attack: I feel like I can’t breathe, like I’m balancing in mid-air.
Meltdown: I feel intense rage and energy - I *must* move my limbs.
Shutdown: my mind goes blank, I feel detached, I am frozen.

Saying “committed” instead of “died by” suicide holds the person accountable for their action instead of the mental health issues accountable which are the real cause.
