@Netflixhelps Thanks for the response. It’s only the Ring of Fire that is freezing, weirdly. I’ve restarted our Apple TV, which is what the link suggests. We can play other things, just not the one show. Any other suggestions??

11 minutes!!! Total!! I was on hold for 17 minutes with the ENT office last week before I got to even talk to a person. Incredible.

Know who has great customer service? @ContainerStore. Had a box of shelves for our new closet go missing...somewhere. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ 11 minutes on the phone (including hold and transfer) and a new box of shelves is on its way. A+++++
