@LoganDon03 @BCBSAssociation Their customer service and care for patients in need has seriously declined!!! They dropped me because of billing confusion. After speaking with at least 5 reps 1 figured out what happened. They were confused and they won’t reinstate coverage! Good luck!

@BCBSAssociation I have been a BCBS customer for over 40 years. And to think that my coverage was canceled because I had a crazy hectic year, with health complications and a new baby, is absolutely disgusting. I will spread the word about how you treat your customers!!!

@VW then when you call them they say there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle. Don’t try taking it in for service. They will tell you every story in the book to keep from doing their due diligence and repairing the vehicle.

@VW and I’m not taking about the start/stop feature. I’m talking about it shutting off in traffic, having to act fast, put the vehicle into park, start the engine, put it back into drive and GO before an 18 wheeler plows into the back of you. That type of shutting off.
