@Cernovich I did this often in my early 20s. Slept at rest areas, had flat tires, lockouts, and at least one complete car breakdown, but also had time to think and appreciate the beauty of the western US. I learned both self sufficiency and to value the kindness of strangers.

@caroljsroth After the state quarters came out I began collecting just the Georgia ones (because they had peaches on them, and I love peaches!)…but then one month I was short on rent, roommate had moved out… and there went the Georgia quarters. Now I collect stuffed polar bears. 😂
