Generally not posting here anymore but we had to make the decision to say goodbye to Alice this morning.

I spent literally half my life with this cat so right now it doesn't feel real.

She was a good cat, I couldn't have asked for a better friend over all the years

Found out today my cat has a form of bone cancer on her jaw. Unfortunately just a matter of keeping her comfortable for as long as we can.

I'm obviously not finding this easy. So I'm going to try and distract myself with art as best I can 😿

@Grizgutz I was so nervous about hiring it but I'm so glad I did. And the fact they're free to hire at Chester zoo is so nice. I was more worried about some Karen complaining about me being younger but luckily there wasn't XD didn't stop the imposter syndrome though XD

For the first time since becoming chronically ill 3 years ago I've finally accepted that I need to use mobility aids
I've hired a scooter for the day to go around the zoo so I can actually enjoy it.
Haven't run any children over (I even had to sign a waiver saying I wouldn't XD)

I realised when I had my local art show over the weekend that I only posted the serval painting I finished and not the other two.
