As a doctor if you are choosing govt hospitals after your MBBS completion is a choice i think no one should make .Yes, in post-graduation you do get more hand-on but you get hands on you too ,long work hours toxicity and what for so gunda turned netas can do this #Doctors

You are paying for the 15 years he put in .

@DrDhruvchauhan Contd...Surgery DNB in DDU & Hindurao provide as much hands on (probably more) as most of govt institutes with a decent life .Loads of trust run dnb hospitals provide apt laproscopic introduction early in training which is a perk you never get in medical colleges .

@DrDhruvchauhan No institute turns you out into a complete clinician/surgeons cause there is so much to learn .In Democracy to change something you have to have your voices heard , it's because of us these medical College seats are so coveted , it's us choosing to work in those shabby hospitals

@DrDhruvchauhan High time students start choosing DNB over MD/MS , It's a tag of glorification but for next 3 year you will be treated like a slave in the name of teaching , Srships are still better (not all though) and provide with apt exposure.
