Turns out the guys name was’t Jason @Hertz He lied. Refusing to leave, we were loud especially when they gave a car to someone with the same situation. The @Hertz agent whatever be his name didn’t want to help us. Finally after much aggravation another employee gave us a car.

@Hertz screwed us worse than @SpiritAirlines. Jason the “manager” says there are no cars for us even though we made a reservation and followed their instructions. @hertz told us last night to get a hotel and return in the morning at 6 am. Now no cars.

@Hertz Jason the “Manager” is making us spend another $100+ to go to the bus terminal and take a bus to Baltimore. We spent already $80+ on Uber and more than $220 on a hotel after we followed their instructions of the agent at @Hertz. @hertz SUCKS!

@SpiritAirlines canceled our flight after waiting 5 hours at the airport. Our flight to Ft Laud. from La Guardia due to weather. Although a flight to Miami took off. Now they offer a refund. All the flights tomorrow are full. Thank you @SpiritAirlines for stranding us in NYC.

@SpiritAirlines They just don't get it. I'm trying to change from a sold out flight to one the next morning and they want to charge me a change fee that costs as much as buying a new ticket - I hope their merger with JetBlue is denied. They must improve customer service first.

@JoshuaShemtov @MayorDaniella The Community Council has no office and no budget. We are rarely notified of anything. We are elected by 31,593 voters in unincorporated Miami-Dade. I do agree connecting South Florida through rail is much bigger than just a ribbon cutting. Happy Hanukkah.

@ClickSendSMS Terrible customer support. Many of my messages did not arrive including to my own cell phone. They don't answer the telephone. They only work through a LiveChat that may or may not be AI. It sure sounds like a scam to me. I do not recommend this service!
