It will be more appropriate to allow one time option to revised ITR with only difference tax if any.

@MCA21India Lots of validation requirements came with the rollout of MCA V3. The Ministry should come up with a waiver scheme like Company Settlement Scheme so that people can file forms in cases where there is a validation error or missing filing of forms.

MCA portal is again on ventilator due to DPT-3 filing I guess but interesting thing here is that up to 30 Jun only 30-40% of companies file their form and site is not working. What will be the condition of the site once annual filing peak pressure is there. God save professionals
