Aaron Jacob made us parents 28 years ago today. We had no idea it would be for 3 years. We love & miss him every day. He died from complications of chickenpox 21 days after his 1st pox. #chickenpox is not just a harmless childhood disease. #VaccinateYourChildren #hugyourkids

@drmarkhyman My mom who would have been 95, always told me to go for a walk when I was upset. She said I’d feel differently after a good, long walk. That was when I was a child. I’m 60 now and still practice it.
