On Saturday, supporters sent a clear warning to LFC about how they felt over multi-year ticket price increases.

We know that the club has seen it, we hope that they are listening.

@THKOEsoon I pay £1159 in the main stand to sit next to my Grandad. Excluding the cup games. This is too much. Season ticket list has been closed for 20+ years. LFC is PL club with lowest % of season tickets. Ticket prices need lowering. Majority of match going supporters think this too

LFC should cut the hospitality tickets in half to 10% of Anfield (its around 20% now) and allow more general admission tickets for all fans. If we don't protest all tickets will extortionate

@Money_Chant @Kop202 Yeah completely agree. My main issue with the tickets is too many hospitality and corporate. Over 20% which is too much in my opinion

@Money_Chant @Kop202 I would've loved to but my name down but it was closed when I was 12/13. Having access to tickets for all games was due to me buying tickets for each game and getting above 13 credits. I would argue that that takes more persistance than waiting on a list

@Money_Chant @Kop202 Get what your saying but I would bite your hand off for ST. I'm in my late 30's, never had the opportunity to enter the ST waiting list. To go to all the the games sat in the same block as my family im paying £1180 each season. If i don't go to 13 of the league games I'm out

However the club have removed tickets (which on there own website are designated for members) and are charging £700/seat. Tens of thousands of members pay £25/yr

This is exactly why Liverpool Football Club are the biggest touts at Anfield. Real Madrid tickets which are normally face value are now being sold at 14x more than they are for any normal league and cup game. These seats are 7 rows from the back. @spiritofshankly @KieranMaguire

@mattmeringue @spiritofshankly @KieranMaguire Absolutely. With some of these packages they have food/drinks miles away and then bus them in. Literally couldn't think of anything worse on a match day and people are paying £700 for it. Insane

The club has taken them off the normal price of £50 and are now charging £700 for a hospitality ticket. Therefore taking seats from members and touting them to hospitality
