Today should have been our field trip to the @ElmwoodParkZoo. Thankfully the zoo keepers brought the zoo to us! We met June, an African Pygmy hedgehog. Did you know that hedgehogs have some natural immunity to venom 😱

On Friday I began preparing my classroom for summer cleanup. The last time I saw my kiddos was March 12th. Our goodbye that day was rushed as they sometimes are when we’re busy learning. I miss my Marvels, but the timing of this sweet surprise was perfect! ❤️
