The GSTAT portal is facing repeated technical glitches, making it difficult for taxpayers and professionals to file appeals on time.

Taxpayers should not lose their valuable legal rights due to system failures beyond their control.

@FinMinIndia @cbic_india must immediately extend the GSTAT appeal filing due date until the portal functions smoothly.

Justice delayed by technology should not become justice denied.
