@pennmutual@LS74Life Can you please share my contact information with a manager in the customer service area? My question: When are VantisLife policy holders migrating to the PennMutual online policy access system? In the meantime, can my policy statements be emailed to me upon request?
@pennmutual@LS74Life I am a VantisLife policyholder with no online access to my policies. When I call Vantis customer service, they cannot share any information, even when I share Social Sec # and address. What are your plans to make Vantis info available online as you do for PennMutual clients?

If most of your fundraising conversations center on cash gifts, Dr. Russell James, J.D., Ph.D., CFP® research offers a clear reminder: real wealth isn’t sitting in cash, and neither are the most meaningful gifts.
Here are five stats every fundraiser should keep close:
💰 Only 2.3% of household wealth is cash
Most nonprofits chase what sits in checking accounts, even though 97.7% of wealth lives in real estate, stocks, retirement accounts, and business interests.
🏛️ 60% of the largest college gifts included no cash at all
The biggest gifts come as assets, from older donors, and are usually tied to long-term, mission-driven outcomes like endowments or capital projects.
📈 Estate commitments boost annual giving by 77%
This increase holds steady for years afterward. When donors include you in their plans, their entire mindset around giving shifts.
🚀 Asset-based fundraising grows 6X faster long-term
Nonprofits that invite and accept noncash gifts significantly outperform those relying on cash-only fundraising.
🏡 Legacy society members are 50X more likely to make an asset gift
Once donors begin thinking in terms of wealth-sharing instead of income-sharing, their giving transforms.
The takeaway? Asset giving isn’t “advanced fundraising.” It is fundraising.
Helping donors think in terms of wealth, not just disposable income, unlocks the gifts that move missions for generations. It's one of your organizations most powerful levers to pull.

When it comes to helping supporters plan future gifts, one of the most common sources of confusion is deciding which assets should be included in a will and which should be distributed via beneficiary designations.
Craig Simms wrote about this a couple of years ago, but recent conversations with individuals have prompted him to revisit this important topic, especially how these vehicles can impact planned gifts for nonprofits.

Planned giving has always been one of the most powerful ways to fuel a nonprofit’s future, yet it’s often the most overlooked. 💡
While annual gifts keep the lights on today, planned gifts create the kind of lasting impact that sustains your mission for decades to come. In fact, Giving USA reports that bequests alone brought in more than $40 billion in 2023.
So why are so many nonprofits still missing out?
The truth is, with the right mix of strategy, technology, and data, building a strong planned giving program doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming.
👇 We’ve rounded up the top 10 common mistakes nonprofits make in planned giving, and how to avoid them: https://t.co/KqF2nP1DYQ
Hey nonprofit friends 👋 what’s worse than juggling donor info across messy spreadsheets? Having it trapped in platforms that don’t talk to each other. 😩
That’s why we built LifeLegacy’s Giving Suite to just work with the CRM you already use. Paste your API key, click connect, and boom—your planned giving data flows right into Bloomerang, Salesforce, Blackbaud, Virtuous...you name it.
Smarter fundraising. Simpler planned giving. That’s the difference. 💡

Nice clean airport. Except for the fact that you can’t move between gate areas. I was looking forward to having a pint at the Gate Clock pub in the 300 gate area. But after clearing customs, I was shepherded immediately to my gate areas in the 200s. When I asked an officer if I could stroll down to the 300s, he said that Americans are restricted to the 200 gates. That’s a shame.
