@IneAirlcana I think it's important to read (or be aware of) literature that's a part of the western literary canon, not necessarily just a classic! Sure there are plenty of classics, but not all of them exemplify their era and classify as phenomena

Think: Odyssey, The Bible, Beowulf, etc.

@IneAirlcana You should read critically acclaimed pieces in order to review what worked for them; how they were able to reach their audience. Evolving your craft through inspiration provided by the works of others is a good way to make personal progress.

@IneAirlcana I'm weird & dangerous for using WordPad; the free text editor that comes with Windows. I really like that it has no spell check and page breaks! I then immediately move each chapter to Google Docs for cloud storage. Once all done, I move it to Microsoft Word for focused editing.

I'm pretty meticulous when it comes to #writing so it took me a while to write out the entire plan for my next novel 🙈 but I'm happy to say that the story from DRCG's epilogue is now under way! 🥳 #OELN
I'll be doing title, blurb, and cover reveals all throughout next month! 🎉
