Isn't it high time to insist on time bound processing of Forms. Why should compliance with due dates be only for companies and Llps? The professional has to lose sleep in the process. Absolute autocracy on the part of MCA.

Same with MCA forms. A simple Inc 28 remains under processing for more than 4 months. No accountability for officials .No timeline to be followed. Due date, late fees and penalty are only for corporates and the professionals associated with it
