@Principal_Jon The dual credit teacher 10 years ago at my campus read “Tuesdays with Morrie” for an entire semester to juniors & seniors. Set the standard & they will rise to it.

Summer assignments of simply reading a novel have also been disallowed in said classes, too (not teacher’s choice).
