Here is the proof that I have raised 3 Complaints and all 3 are in Queue for last many days. On Corporate Seva Kendra, No one is picking up the call. Not getting any support from the government for the same.

This is the reason, people are preferring Private Bank like @HDFC_Bank , @KotakBankLtd, @AxisBank etc.

For such a small thing, People have to visit branches for several times!

I will close all my accounts maintained with SBI.

I have visited SBI Bank [Shankar Lane Branch, Kandivali (w), Mumbai - 400067] two times for getting new Passbook as no more space for printing in old passbook.

Even after visiting 2nd time, I haven't received the passbook. Some Lady Employees are very rude, today I got reply that "Jaldi aneka itna late nai aneka, mereko aur b kaam rehte he, khade raho dekhti hu time mila to". Issuing passbook is not a part of a work of employees?
