CSPD is seeking assistance in locating Bradley Dwight Bowen Jr. Bradley was last seen on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at approximately 9:30 p.m. after leaving his residence in the 3900 block of Patrick Drive, near South Academy Boulevard and Milton E Proby Parkway on the southeast side of the city. Bradley is a White male, approximately 5’-10’’ tall and weighing about 200 pounds. He has medium-length black hair and blue eyes. Illegal street racing and car takeovers aren’t just a nuisance...they put lives at risk.

On August 7, CSPD partnered with @CSP_News for a targeted enforcement operation addressing illegal street racing, takeovers, and dangerous driving across Colorado Springs. The operation resulted in 30 citations and five felony arrests stemming from two separate felony eluding incidents.

The video below shows one of the felony stops from that night.

These dangerous activities put motorists, pedestrians, nearby residents, and responding officers at risk, disrupt neighborhoods and businesses, and cause property damage. CSPD continues working to disrupt these events, identify those involved, and hold offenders accountable.

If you witness illegal street racing, a takeover, or dangerous driving, don’t intervene...report it safely. Even if the event is over before officers arrive, your reports help identify patterns and direct future enforcement efforts.

CSPD is seeking assistance in locating a 64-year-old Ulrich Mccown. He was last seen on Sunday, August 8, 2026, at 11:45pm in the 8200 block of Avens Circle. Mr. Mccown is 6” 4”, 165 Ibs, blonde/grey hair, blue eyes, handlebar mustache, and he has tattoos on both arms. He was last seen in a black shorts’ onesie, with grey shoes, and was wearing glasses.
Mr. Mccown also had his two dogs on a leash with him. Leia is a black Siberian husky/lab mix, and the second dog Panda is a white and black Siberian husky/ Australian Sheppard/border collie mix. If you have seen or know of Mr. Mccown’s location, please call CSPD at 719-444-7000.

COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION OF “SEXUALLY VIOLENT PREDATOR”

In accordance with Colorado law the Colorado Springs Police Department is notifying the community that Luke Brovetto, has moved to an address in Colorado Springs. Brovetto is a sex offender whose past behavior has led him to be labeled as a “Sexually Violent Predator” (SVP) by the Colorado Courts.

The Colorado Springs Police Department will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that Brovetto registers as a sex offender and that he understands his responsibilities as such. Brovetto’s criminal history reveals that in Teller County, Colorado, he was convicted in 2009 of Attempted Sexual Assault on a Helpless Victim. In 2002, he was also convicted in Teller County, Colorado, of Attempted Sexual Assault on a Child.

Brovetto is currently registered as living at 3033 E Platte Ave #305. He is described as being a white male, 45 years old, 5’9” tall, 180lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Chaos is around 5’-4”, 134Ibs, with shaggy sandy blonde hair, blue eyes, piercing in both ears, a tattoo on his right wrist, and a black heart tattoo on the top of his back. Chaos was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, black hoodie with multicolored graffiti pattern, and black Nike shox. Chaos was also seen carrying a large Traxxas rc car that was still in the box.
