Dear @MCA21India I understand there are some issues going on internally and it is affecting a daily functioning of the website even during non-peak time.

Is it possible to close the website for a week and get it fixed and give an extension of 7 days to all forms due date falling within this period?

As this current situation is wasting too much of our time doing same thing again and again and ultimately we are still not able to get the quality we are expecting. Further, any mistakes during this period will attract huge penalties later on.

One of the most frustrating things during #AnnualFilings is these errors and finding solutions by jugaad like cancel SRN, fill form again, change browser, use incognito..

We end up wasting so much time just in an effort to upload final form.

Feeling like "Ye bhi meri galti he" 🫣 issues raised are due to lack of awareness??? I mean we are getting login error, PDF errors, challan not getting generated, pages not loading and so on.. how anyone's awareness solves the issue?

If extension is to be granted, please do it before the holiday seasons starts else don't give extension at all.

It's so frustrating to ask team to work day and night because site is not working in normal business hours.

Extensions on paper don’t help when the portal itself doesn’t work.
This level of mental pressure on professionals is unacceptable.
We want to comply, not suffer for system failures. @MCA21India @icsi_cs look into this. #mca21 @PMOIndia

Portal not working is not the biggest problem, imo, it is that the persons responsible is not even acknowledging it.

It makes us feel that all our struggles/complains are fake and work we are doing 24*7 on this broken portal is just all big lie.

It's not about the number of filings happening now, it's about how many attempts it is taking. Teams are working literally like 24*7 spends 6-8 hours on one form which ideally should not have taken more than 30 mins.

V3 has increased the work minimum 10x.

Issues we are facing:

* Site crashing
* Site not loading
* Forms getting cancelled
* Browser is working slowly
* Error in pdf generation
* DSC error

How to go beyond these to add other issues we are facing?

This constant changes in definition of #SmallCompanies and changing requirement of #Demat is quite confusing and frustrating.

Imagine calling a company and telling them that now you are small company and you do not need Demat till you cross 10 Cr/100 Cr thresholds.

My team has informed me that AOC-4 forms are getting auto cancelled.

1. Portal is working very slow
2. Forms are taking eternity to fill up.
3. Linked forms means editing anything affects many other points.
4. Once form is cancelled, need to recheck all numbers again.

V3 is going to be amazing in future but as of now it seems like nothing less than a nightmare.

@HelpdeskMCA21V3 This issue is still not resolved, despite trying many times & raising ticket with helpdesk. Company now has to pay additional fees even though the delay is due to technical issues of MCA. When will this stop? @nsitharamanoffc @PMOIndia @DiveshGoyal04
