It's now 24 hours on the go but at 5:58pm in San Diego the boys are in the pool burning off some of the energy stored up on the long flight.

First leg done (just an hour) now the long haul to LA, boarding in 15 minutes..........yawl

Just on the first leg of the USA trip sat on the plane ready to take off. Some very excited boys raring to get there #arewethereyet?

Due to the weather training is cancelled tonight. No game this weekend so see you all at the backpack
