@AmericanAirlines stranded part of our high school band in DFW for the night! Delayed flight #398 for an hour and made no effort to help 50+ kids who missed their connection. Had to scrounge for a bus to get them home. Terrible service all around!
Ordered and paid for a mattress from @MattressFirm on August 7th. Two months later, still no mattress and getting the run around with delays and phone tag. Apparently, once they have your money, they do not care about customer service or follow through.Sad to have wasted my time.
