If we can equip it, even if it's normally "junk", if we want to RP in old musty clothes, and rusty broken swords, we should be able to.
There's some appearances that are locked to white "starter sett" items, too. Why can't we wear our starter set later?

I understand only getting credit for collecting preferred armor types ... but, once they're collected, we ought to be able to transmog it.
My paladin wears a robe in RP. Why can't he wear a transmogged robe?
