🚨 Meta has cut off our lifeline.
Our independent outlet, @TheChenabTimes — one of the few outlets preserving endangered languages — has been unfairly demonetized by Meta for vague "unusual activity."
No clear reason. No chance to appeal.
This is killing grassroots journalism.
This is not about division—it’s about inclusion. The Chenabi identity deserves dignity, development, and a stronger voice in its future.

“CTF stands with @sajjadshaheen in this fight for our identity and rights. His Assembly leadership inspires hope—let’s protect our dialects, culture, and secure Chenab Valley’s future,” says CTF President Anzer Ayoob. #PreserveHeritage
“I applaud @sajjadshaheen’s tireless efforts in raising the vital issue of Chenabi dialects—Sarazi, Bhaderwahi, Khasha, Gaddi—in the Chenab Valley. His voice preserves our linguistic heritage, a treasure of Jammu & Kashmir,” says CTF President @AnzerAyoob. #ChenabValley
Raised an important matter in the Assembly regarding the inclusion of local dialects—Khasha (Pogli), Saraji, Bhaderwahi, Gaddi, and other dialects spoken in District Ramban, Doda, Kishtwar in Chenab Valley and Kathua in Jammu division within the ambit of Pahari languages and push for granting ST-2 status to the people living in hilly and mountainous areas.
Also highlighted the impact of recent amendments, inclusion of Pahari ethnic groups in ST status, and exclusion of marginalized communities from erstwhile Doda. The government has responded, and a committee is reviewing the issues.
“@sajjadshaheen’s advocacy for ST status for hilly communities is a beacon of justice. By addressing erstwhile Doda’s marginalized groups, he ensures equity for our people,” says CTF President Anzer Ayoob. Thank you for standing with Chenab Valley! #JammuAndKashmir
