Today’s massive affirmation of Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, Ph.D, CON as the APC Governorship Candidate for the 2027 General Elections is not just a political event it is a strong reflection of public trust, confidence, and appreciation for purposeful leadership.
Many people support leaders who have never impacted their lives positively, yet today Katsina people are proudly standing with a leader who continues to work tirelessly for their progress, security, development, youth empowerment, education, and better governance. The love and solidarity shown toward Governor Radda is simply the result of good governance speaking for itself.
A transparent and credible affirmation process involving 2,872 delegates across all party structures clearly demonstrates unity, maturity, and confidence in his leadership. This historic moment proves that when leadership is built on sincerity, accountability, service, and genuine concern for the people, support becomes natural and overwhelming.

Dear @Ahmad__bose, a couple of weeks ago, I heard your plea to construct a borehole for the Sabuwar Unguwa community in Katsina Local Government to ease their burden. At the time, we were short of resources, and our LGA, with over 380 communities, had limited resources that must be allocated and utilized strategically, given the huge demand from every angle.

I want to let you know that I have approved the drilling and construction of a solar-powered borehole for the community. Please liaise with the Councilor of Wakilin Kudu 3 ward, Hon Abdullahi Yusuf, at [phone] regarding the geophysical survey of the proposed site where you wish the project to be situated.

I am committed to constructive criticism as a leader, as long as I am here, Katsina LG resources will be utilized judiciously.

Following the visit of a prominent delegation from the community of Kofar Sauri in Gabas I ward, led by Alhaji Haruna Dalhatu, to my office, during which they requested the Katsina Local Government Council to establish a security outpost to address the security challenges confronting the area, I have approved the construction of a Nigeria Civil Defence Corps outpost in Kofar Sauri, Katsina.

Our administration values the voices of our constituents and remains dedicated to serving the public with utmost commitment.

A date for the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction will be communicated soon.
