All 24,000 spots for the 2025 Sanlam Cape Town Marathon distance are officially taken, marking our third sell-out in a row and our biggest yet.

Here’s how it works:
✅ Make sure you meet the application criteria, listed on the form, before applying.
🔐 The form will close in three weeks, on Friday the 14th of June
📩 You will hear by the 25th of June if your application was successful.

How are you getting to the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon start line? 🚙

A question worth answering sooner rather than later. While our eyes are on the finish line for sure, a late start won't help you or your nerves. Here are some of the options we have outlined:

There are only 1700 parking bays here - and they will be given on a first-to-arrive basis. So if this is the option you're gunning for you'll want to arrive very early.
