A:6- Rigor? Whats that...survival is a better word. With so many students going in and out all day, behavior issues, trying new things, etc. I don't often feel rigor is great. We just keep on, keeping on!

A5: Unlike others I do not define myself by data...I define it by how they leave my classroom. I want them to understand service learning, be a little kinder, work a little harder, tackle problems in a new way, and have a love for both themselves and school.

A4: My professional fire gets ignited when my students get "it." Whatever it may be! When they can lean and understand, we can do amazing things.

A3: One obstacle is to say no more often, and try to focus on 1 or 2 things I want to be GREAT at, and let go of things I am okay with being mediocre with. (Which for me is nothing, so I guess time will always be my issue.)
