@RiddlesMK Prozac helped for a long time but due to life stuff happening I needed smthn else. I was prescribed Venlafaxine 150 and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY. Currently I take 100mg of Zoloft & 150mg of Venlafaxine and feel great. Be careful though, if you miss a day you get bad brain fog

@RiddlesMK You can get a genesight test and find medications that will react well with your specific genetics. It's very helpful. Otherwise since it's so different for everyone's brain, you'll probably have to trial and error. I can personally vouch for Prozac 50mg and Venlafaxine 150mg ER
