Thats why we built Pool Police. It knocks on the stratum, takes the first job, and reads the coinbase. If that coinbase belongs to another operator, it is a proxy, not a pool.

Paste your own stratum. See where your hashrate actually goes.
Siacoin mining is live on CTRL.

@a41870207 That’s a shame. You should ask Luke and the other leaders of xbt why they don’t think your work should be compensated. In the meantime. We’ve added siacoin mining as an option.
More coins on the way
More servers coming online
More pools being watched by pool police
More users then ever
Mobile apps in development
We will dethrone the proxies, it’s just a matter of time.
XBT miners: Knots 29.4.2 freezes every coin you mine for 45 days starting today at block 973,440. Dev says "probably a year" and "only solo miners get paid."
Don't want to wait? CTRL Pool is staying on the current rules. No freeze. SV1, DATUM, solo, all welcome.
Miners decide.
@BIP110orBust I'm going to be honest with you, I read about 4 words of that and realized you didn't use any periods or commas and I just moved on. pick from one my answers:
I'm sorry that happened to you, or I'm really happy for you, or you're wrong.
Good Luck.
@cguida6 There's nothing cuck about refusing to bend the knee. Your entire life revolves around a failed hard fork and lying to people about the name of your alt coin in order to con people.
You despise me because I don't fall in line with your propaganda.
Emperor Luke has released a UASF that freezes miner rewards on his chain to 45 days after maturity (100 blocks).
In practice their chain is not censorship resistant and coins can be frozen by social demand.
Very similar to Ethereum.

This was never about protecting the user's ability to run Bitcoin on low compute hardware.
It was about control.
Protecting decentralization was their argument, now the mask came off: they were always trying to become the center.
