North Central freshman running back Donovan McNeal collected the CCIW First-Year Offensive Student-Athlete of the Year award.
McNeal, a freshman from Waukegan, Ill., finished as the league’s top rusher among newcomers with 422 rushing yards in seven league appearances.
.@football_ncc's Luke Lehnen is the first Cardinal to be named to the @NFFNetwork National Scholar-Athlete Class and a finalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy.
Each finalist receives an $18,000 postgrad scholarship.
