@Ask_Spectrum internet outage again in 91423. The last five days the internet has been up and down despite Spectrum “reporting” no outages. Guess we’re all living in the upside down world. I’ll restart my modem for the fifth time this week.

@Ask_Spectrum Correct. When it has been a router only issue I do get internet connection directly from modem to pc. This past week is no internet when I bypass router.

@Ask_Spectrum My devices all said no internet connection. I connected wired with the Ethernet and still no connection. Just restarted my modem and am back online. Is this a hardware issue with my modem or problem with connection to my apartment? Same problem for 5 days thx
