Three years ago, Connecticut made a promise to its youngest residents and it's keeping it.

Since launching on July 1, 2023, CT Baby Bonds enrolled more than 33,000 babies born under HUSKY by 2025, each with $3,200 set aside and growing for when they're ready to buy a home, start a business, or build a future on their own terms.

A fair tax code, one where everyone contributes their share, is how we fund the Connecticut we've always been building toward.

Two weeks ago, we wrapped up our Roadmap to Fully Funded Communities with a final stop in Norwich, closing out a year of conversations across #CT about what it takes to build a state where every child can thrive.
