I can get at least 5 US citizens from my neighborhood in Ohio right now who would be more than thrilled at the opportunity for a good paying job if the Feds would pay for them to get there and pay for their food and housing while there. And unlike the Haitians, they'd be willing to move back home if the gig is up. Bonus to US and Ohio - they already know the language, laws and customs of the area.

Apple can raise their prices because the market is willing to pay for them. There are plenty of less expensive alternatives; Apple hardly has a monopoly on cell phones and laptops.
I am not concerned about the price of Apple products, I am concerned about being forced to pay unaffordable taxes that Congress is more than willing to waste on fraud and abuse.

We are being sold two different stories at the same time. First, tens of millions of US citizens are on government handout programs because they can't find meaningful work. Second, tens of millions of illegal immigrants should be allowed to stay because we need them in our workforce.
