NEWS — August 27, 2026 — Copper Giant Intersects 771 Metres of 0.54% CuEq* (0.33% Cu and 0.039% Mo) and Extends Cu-Mo Mineralization to the Southeast and at Depth.
New results from in-fill holes MD-068 and MD-070 continue to expand the Mocoa system, including 771 metres of continuous mineralization in MD-070 and mineralization extending below historic drilling in MD-068.
The results also continue to reproduce the grade model that will underpin the anticipated Preliminary Economic Assessment, with the Company on track to deliver the PEA in Q4 2026.

A project of Mocoa’s scale demands a clear view of both the opportunity and the path ahead.
We recently welcomed Copper Giant Strategic Advisor Joey Wilkins to Mocoa, where he met with the team and saw firsthand the exploration and technical work underway across the project.
As Copper Giant advances the work supporting the upcoming Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), having experienced perspectives close to the project helps connect what we are seeing in the field with the decisions that will shape Mocoa’s next stage.
Thank you, Joey, for your time and continued perspective as we move this work forward.

A large copper resource is only the starting point.
Turning it into future supply requires scale, infrastructure and a clear path toward development — particularly when major deposits can take decades to reach production.
In his conversation with @jessebday, @IanHarrisMining discusses this structural challenge, what it means for the copper market and why Mocoa’s scale and development characteristics matter in this environment.

#GeologyFriday | Quick Log — Rapid Core Logging at Mocoa
Every drill core provides critical information about the Mocoa copper-molybdenum system. During the quick log process, Copper Giant’s geological team completes an initial technical evaluation of the drill core immediately after it arrives from the platform.
The process includes core recovery verification, QAQC procedures, RQD measurements, and the preliminary identification of lithology, alteration, mineralization, and vein density — generating the first quantitative and qualitative interpretation of the subsurface.
This rapid evaluation helps guide geological modeling, drilling decisions, and the ongoing advancement of one of Colombia’s largest copper-molybdenum systems.

World-class copper systems are built over millions of years.
At Mocoa, multiple phases of fertile magma helped create a large-scale copper-molybdenum system with the size, continuity, and geological characteristics associated with major porphyry deposits.

What happens beneath the surface matters.
At Mocoa, detailed geotechnical logging from ongoing drilling captures rock quality, fracture density and structural conditions at depth. This information is used to build numerical and 3D geomechanical models that help the technical team understand the rock mass and inform project design.
