@CBDUAE your support team email-ed me to say they couldn't reach me for my CC cancellation request, so I must go via the call center - AGAIN! Its the 2nd time within a month! its ridiculous to just try to call the customer twice within 30 minutes and declare him 'Unreachable'!

@CBDUAE Why (and HOW!) is your customer support experience consistenly so horribly poor??? I filed a card cancellation request 2 days back and was told by the bot that I will receive a call back within 4 working days. Today I got an SMS stating I will get a call back in 7 days!!

@eAndUAE It's got nothing to do with my specific account - it's the way your system depletes prepaid minutes' balances - it affects ALL your prepaid customers! You absolutely need to fix this - yesterday!
@eAndUAE, I'm incredibly frustrated with the way you exhaust local minutes' balances on prepaid lines! WHY are minutes being consumed from the newest pack that was purchased, even though they expire much later than the older pack! 😡 This is plain cheating/daylight robbery! 😡

@CBDUAE Nope, absolutely FALSE! You haven't addressed anything! I hold 2 CBD cards and the one I'm trying to cancel has nothing outstanding. Also, for the past several weeks I've complained about having to call a TOLLED line for BASIC banking services! So no, nothing "addressed"!
