Yesterday, I was at the Polish Embassy in Abuja. Within the 2 hours I spent there, I counted about 5 people, 4 Nigerians and 1 Cameroonian, who were denied visas. Each of these visa applicants paid a nonrefundable 240 euros for the visa.

Why are these countries extorting that much from our people without granting them visas? 240 x 5 is €1,200. That's a whole lot of money!

Why is our government not doing anything about this daylight robbery?
