I listened to the hidden songs of nature. When you listen, Stella, really listen. The plants tell you all sorts of things. What they like, what they need. Who they love.

She looked around again. Giant. Cave. Exit. Sheep. Sheep?
If they were so calm around him...
No more time to think; she leapt from the wall and into the herd, landing cleanly between a few sheep that made some confused noises, but remained otherwise docile.
This could work.
She almost squeaked when she saw the giant feeling around, her eyes locking on the club he was likely searching for. The exit was too far for her to get to from here, not without getting in range of him...
Orange eyes darted between items and points in the cavern, scanning for +

". . . That was not the sound of a bird. . ." He hissed out softly, hand already reaching out and slowly tracing across the ground. . .
It was searching for its club. . .
+ something, anything she could use to get out safely.
...
The sound of a bleat caught her attention, gaze returning to the massive pile of white fluff she had originally mistaken for furs. One of the many, many sheep had stood up, a few others waking and following suit.

Orange eyes widen as he readies the boulder, body stiffening as she tries to remind herself not to move a single muscle. Not one flex of a finger or slight bristle of a feather.
The only part she lets herself move is a single hand, reaching for her pocket and grabbing the first+
Nearest cavern wall, large black nails digging angrily at the stone as he chipped free a palm sized rock (well, for him, to anyone else, it was a torso sized stone). . .
He listened, slowly raising it and waiting. . .
Waiting for another flutter. . .
Her feathers ruffle loudly as she barely manages to pull herself up and out of reach of the giant in time.
She holds her breath as he continues to search, starting to command her cloak to turn to cave moss to disguise her scent, too.
She was thankful he was blind.
Deep huffs and sniffs. . .
Scrunched nose, sharp teeth clacking and snapping at the air in annoyance . . .
. . . Just a bird. . .
Hmph, of course. Now that he's blind the winged vermin are getting bold enough to enter the cave. . .
She's humming to herself as she lights a candle, letting its dim light illuminate her surroundings.
The fuzzy reflection of the flame shines in the pocket mirror open in front of her.
A deep breath, and the flame pauses with her, only moving again once she starts breathing.
