The program targets 2,000 young women and 400 MSMEs, including 3% refugees and 5% persons with disabilities, in Nakaseke, Luwero, and Nakasongola, who face barriers to accessing technology, finance, markets, and skills needed to participate in the digital economy fully.

The initiative supports agri-processing women-led and women-owned businesses to adopt digital tools in order to improve access to digital credit, reach more customers, increase sales, and access wider markets through the use of digital platforms.
