@Broskieesquire @usukpp @crazycopvideos I've worked security in 3 states and in all 3 a trespass warning from an officer is required before someone can be charged with trespassing. The cop has to tell them to leave and they have to refuse before a charge can be pressed.

He tried to walk away and she followed him. He grabbed her knife arm. She wrestled herself away from his grip and stabbed him once in the chest.

Without any other context beyond the video and assuming it's his property the cop is still totally within his rights and scope of duties.
