ICE issued a detainer against Valmir Djemplsy, of Haiti. Coldwater police in Michigan say he stabbed a co-worker to death at a meat plant.
Djemplsy is held at a jail in Branch County on a homicide charge.

The criminal illegal alien arrived at a port of entry without proper documentation in 2024 and the Biden administration let him into the U.S. anyway.

At 7:15 p.m. ET today, U.S. Central Command forces began launching the third round of strikes this week against Iran after Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps forces blatantly attacked M/V GFS Galaxy, a Cyprus-flagged container ship transiting the Strait of Hormuz. A civilian crew member is missing and the vessel is unable to continue the journey due to an onboard fire and significant engineroom damage.

Iran was provided yet another opportunity to demonstrate adherence to the Memorandum of Understanding after being held accountable for earlier attacks on commercial vessels but has again failed.

In response, the United States is imposing a heavy cost by continuing to degrade Iran’s ability to attack civilian mariners and commercial ships freely transiting the strait. The strikes are being carried out at the direction of the Commander in Chief.

I was in the courtroom today (at the invitation of @MrsErikaKirk) when Judge Graf admitted evidence that Tyler Robinson confessed repeatedly to killing Charlie Kirk—to Lance Twigs and to his gaming friends.

Twigs and Robinson’s gaming friends were initially incredulous, but Robinson continued to insist that he did it, insisting “it was me.”

Robinson provided more detail to Twigs, admitting that the murder was premeditated and motivated by hate.

The prosecution team did a fantastic job, and Judge Graf reached the right conclusion.
