@jj_talking @NYCMayor You have a false way of thinking. It is our politicians job to provide justice for all and that includes inmates regardless of crimes. They are considered property of the state and it is their responsibility to fulfill their needs which include health and safety.

A scientific theory is the bigger framework that connects, interprets, and explains all those individual facts. A law describes what happens while a theory explains why it happens.
