Erik made his first collegiate start today for GVU. Was the DH for the final game of the series vs Clarke and went 1-4 with a RBI.

Big E made a pinch hit appearance today vs Clarke University. Walked to load the bases during. 7 run 6th inning to tie the game at 10 apiece.

Preseason hell weeks run contrary to all exercise science. Training should be designed to build a fitness base for the season, not expose athletes to unnecessary excessive training that does not enhance specific skills needed for the sport . killer workout ≠ killer shape.
