@PaulJewell96 Exact same experience at the Fanzone. Funnelled thousands of people between 2 police vans for absolutely no reason. The behaviour of the French police was disgraceful. Not one sign of any trouble from the Liverpool fans despite being treated like animals
@bbc5live@chriswarburton_@BBCSounds Can you guys look at what happenbed at the end of the game in the fanzone? Apparently police started using pepper spray indiscriminately 10 seconds after the end of game without prior warning for no reason on young fans.
@topfamilylawyer The French police pepper-sprayed us in the fanzone just as the match ended. It was weird to see hundreds of people running away shielding their eyes and choking. Seconds later I felt the burning effects myself. It took me time to understand what they had done to me.
@JonnyHart93@bbc5live@chriswarburton_@PBC_Atelier Tear gas used by police at fanzone straight after game with no provocation affecting young people. Please report this. Needs to be reviewed in conjunction with issues at the ground.
@Simon_Hughes__@TheRedmenTV This is exactly what happened later in the fanzone too! There were young french boys who were charging against the riot police who used that as a trigger to attack and tear gas the fans!
@StanCollymore Thank you Stan. A voice of reason. I have just seen a video of the French thugs (POLICE) in action in the fanzone. As a former Liverpool Police officer I was ashamed to see what they did to fans and women in particular. No doubt it will be recorded as "Liverpool fans again"
@Telstar22995931@Waynelittlewood@jpwjackwilliams@SkySportsNews Actually the thousands of Liverpool fans without tickets watched in the fanzone and bars
Obviously I'm pretty sure a few tried to chance their luck as with any final of any club but nothing to cause the disgraceful organisation and intimidation
