@RoyalMailHelp hi had an email to say my parcel would be delivered between 8.15am n 12.15pm, then had an email saying it would be delivered today without a time. Still yet to receive parcel not happy I have stayed in today waiting for a parcel that is now unlikely to be delivered

@RoyalMailHelp You do not seem to understand. The Royal Mail put a. Card thru my door saying that had something for me which for some reason or other, they were unable to deliver. I took the card to the local sorting office to collect the item but they appear to have lost it.

@RoyalMailHelp why are my towns parcel boxes never emptied on weekends? Last pick up kn a Friday is 5pm but as these two are near lots pf businesses they depend on the Saturday 1215 pickup. One has parcels still in the pull down slot!! So bad!!

@AmazonHelp @AmazonUK @RoyalMail Thanks for the reply. I would not have ordered had i known RM would be delivering. This happens to often if a delivery is due on a Saturday they have too many parcels and not enough staff and just don't bother delivering. The reason I pay for prime is next day delivery.

@RoyalMailHelp DM sent. This happens all the time if a delivery is due on a Saturday, I would not have ordered had i know RM would be delivering. The SO has too many parcels and not enough staff so they run out of time, happens all the time.

What is the point in paying for Prime from @AmazonUK to get next day delivery when they give @RoyalMail the parcels and RM just don't bother delivering, will now be Monday before it's redelivered! They do this all the time when they run out of time/staff.
