@premierinn cancelled my hotel due to no power in the room, 2 really upset children! 5 working days later, still no sign of my refund when promised!! Only ever used this company before!! So so poor service!
@mattforde@premierinn Premier inn should rename itself budget inn, too many corners are being cut, no reception, see through toilet paper, dark rooms too hot, tiny breakfast rooms , poor poor poor
@mattforde@premierinn Did they specifically say there is AC in the rooms? If not, and you booked anyway that’s on you, not them.
Don’t book a room without AC and moan about it. If, however they said it has AC and it does, then it’s on them.
