Today, Judge Mellor sentenced Craig Wright to prision for 1 year, 2 year suspended for contempt of court, a major step in exposing the lies he, nChain’s leadership, and their financial backer Calvin Ayre have pushed for years.

As the former CEO of nChain, I disclosed the fraud in the public interest, revealing how Wright, Stefan Matthews, and Ayre worked together to mislead the public, inflate BSV, and manipulate the cryptocurrency market. Their actions may have affected millions of people by trying to replace Bitcoin (BTC) with BSV through lies and deception. Speaking out came at a high cost, as I faced legal attacks, harassment, and constant retaliation icluding contempt of court for speaking up about the fraud tha was clearly in the public interest to know about.

This sentence of Craig Wrighr is proof that the truth matters and that justice can prevail. Wright has been held accountable, and the CPS investigation into perjury charges against him and Matthews is the next major step. Calvin Ayre’s role in funding and supporting this fraud must also be closely examined.

Their scheme, built on lies and fueled by Ayre’s money, is falling apart. BSV, a project based on false claims is heading for its end. Today is a win for truth and for everyone who stood up against their dishonesty.

Open Letter to Calvin Ayre

Calvin, I am reflecting on your tweet from 4 March 2024 during the identity trial, where you shamelessly promoted Craig Wright’s false claim to being Satoshi Nakamoto. As the majority owner of nChain, you were not merely a bystander you were the architect and financial backer of this fraudulent spectacle. You knew Craig was not Satoshi. I warned you repeatedly that his lies would be exposed, but instead of heeding those warnings, you chose to attack me and weaponise the legal system to silence and intimidate me.

Now, the truth is indisputable. The courts have ruled, and both nChain’s chairman, Stefan Matthews, and Craig Wright have been referred to the Crown Prosecution Service for perjury. The judgment has exposed the fraud you knowingly financed, and it is clear that you drove this case forward despite knowing it was based on lies. You did not simply support Craig’s false portrayal you actively enabled it, fuelling one of the largest deceptions in the history of cryptocurrency.

Let me be absolutely clear: I intend to take legal action against you for the abuse of the courts you orchestrated against me. You funded a campaign of harassment, SLAPP lawsuits, and legal threats to suppress my whistleblowing and protect your financial interests. Your efforts to bankrupt me, damage my reputation, and conceal the truth were not only unethical but unlawful. You acted as though you were above the law. You were wrong.

This is not just about Craig Wright’s fraudulent claims, it is about your role in enabling and financing them. You knew the truth. I told you. You refused to listen. And now, justice is catching up with you. You may have thought this was just another business gamble, but the stakes are far higher. Accountability is coming, and I will not rest until the truth prevails.

Public Statement: Justice is Prevailing

After over a year of relentless attacks, lies, and retaliation for my whistleblowing, the truth about nChain’s fraudulent scheme is finally coming to light. The rulings in COPA vs Craig Wright (20 May, 16 July & 28 November 2024) have exposed the lies orchestrated by nChain’s leadership.

My PIDA-protected disclosure revealed a calculated plan to manipulate the cryptocurrency market, replace BTC with BSV, and seize control of Satoshi Nakamoto’s 1 million+ BTC. Their actions threatened millions and could have caused over $1 trillion in financial destruction.

Despite their ruthless attempts to silence me, justice is catching up. On 2 December 2024, Stefan Matthews was removed from nChain UK, and more accountability is on the horizon. I’m very pleased with the UK Court of Appeal's decision to reject Craig Wright’s appeal, calling it “totally without merit.” This is a major defeat for Wright, former nChain chairman Stefan Matthews, and Calvin Ayre, nChain’s owner, who funded this failed legal attempt to mislead the world into believing Wright is Satoshi Nakamoto.

The Court upheld the High Court’s findings that Wright lied, forged evidence, and built his case on deception. As a whistleblower who exposed nChain’s Chairman Stefan Matthews, Chief Science Officer Craig Wright, and Calvin Ayre’s financial backing of these fraudulent schemes in September 2023, months before the February 2024 trial, this ruling is a powerful validation of the truth I’ve stood by. My disclosures uncovered how Wright, Matthews, and Ayre attempted to manipulate the Bitcoin narrative for financial gain, an elaborate and calculated fraud.

This isn’t just a win for the Bitcoin community; it’s a victory for truth and justice. It proves that no amount of money or legal tricks can hide the facts. Craig Wright’s claim that he financed his litigation independently and lacked financial backers is not only false but a calculated and deliberate misrepresentation. I am fully prepared to provide an affidavit confirming that Calvin Ayre has been the primary financier of Wright’s legal battles, including his repeated, baseless attempts to falsely portray himself as Satoshi Nakamoto. Ayre, alongside former nChain chairman Stefan Matthews, has been instrumental in perpetuating Wright’s fabricated narrative for their financial gain, with the ultimate goal of inflating nChain’s intellectual property portfolio and Bitcoin SV (BSV) at the expense of Bitcoin (BTC).

During today’s directional hearing regarding the possibility of Craig Wright being held in contempt of court, his ongoing attempts to distort the truth were evident. It is essential to clarify that Travers Smith’s withdrawal from representing Wright was not due to any interference from me, as he falsely claims, but instead stemmed from professional embarrassment caused by their association with Wright’s repeated document tampering—a pervasive issue that has irreparably damaged his credibility.

The upcoming trial, scheduled for December 18, will, in my view, further expose Wright’s extensive pattern of deception and the extraordinary lengths to which his financial backers, Calvin Ayre and Stefan Matthews, have gone to shield this fraud. For over a year, I have endured relentless retaliation from nChain after exposing Craig Wright as a fraud pretending to be Satoshi Nakamoto. My whistleblowing, which revealed this sham long before the COPA v. Craig Wright trial, exposed how this scheme was meticulously designed to financially benefit Wright, Ayre, and Matthews. In retaliation, I have been subjected to sustained harassment, intimidation, and legal abuses—all orchestrated to silence me and effectively block me from serving as a witness in this case.

This campaign of retaliation underscores nChain’s desperation to suppress the truth and protect the fraudulent scheme that has enriched Wright, Ayre, and Matthews. Judge Mellor has already identified severe credibility issues with both Wright and Matthews in multiple rulings, including referring them to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) for potential perjury. Today’s hearing only further confirms the depth of their deceit. The financial and strategic ties between Calvin Ayre and Craig Wright are irrefutable, and any denial of this relationship is nothing more than a calculated attempt to distort reality.
