Day 5 of @GoodSmile_US I got what felt like an automated response telling me to contact my local post office which in my main request I clearly stated I moved far away. Then another excuse about fulfillment when I clearly asked before the order was fulfilled…
Say 4 got an autogenerated reply I explained to them I moved very far away yet they tell me to contact the local post office! @GoodSmile_US really took you a week to autogenerated a message or does your support not even care to read customers comments?

I spent my day devolping characters for an indie game about nostalgia in its deepest corners I want a mix of weirdcore, ps1 graphics, ray tracing modernly, 8 bit voices, and skill trees chests and environmental story telling the things that are taken from us
Day 2 of holding @GoodSmile_US responsible for unsatisfactory customer service I asked for a change of address in may 20th they shipped on may 22nd against my wishes to an old address and then still haven’t messaged me back but refunded 8$ randomly of a 60-70$ purchase be better
