Dr. Talal Ali Khan, an American physician, shared how his perspective on life changed after witnessing the horrors in Gaza. After seeing the immense suffering of the Palestinians, he realized that the everyday worries of life no longer mattered.
Working as a kidney specialist under the UN’s umbrella, Khan explained that doctors and healthcare workers in Gaza face immense danger due to random Israeli bombings.
Even with the protection of the UN, he mentioned, “we were targeted by Israeli forces repeatedly.” He described the widespread destruction of Gaza’s healthcare infrastructure, including the Shifa Medical Complex and dialysis units, and highlighted the deliberate targeting of schools and mosques, stating that “I never saw a single mosque left intact in Gaza.”
Médecins Sans Frontières stated that harsh living conditions, Israeli attacks in densely populated areas, along with limited access to food, are leading to severe health issues among Palestinian children, newborns, and their mothers.
It noted that between June and October 2024, 3,421 children under the age of five were treated in the pediatric inpatient ward at Nasser Hospital alone.
Dr. Mohammed Abu Teim, a pediatrician with Médecins Sans Frontières, added: “We are treating infants suffering from infectious diseases, respiratory diseases, and skin conditions. Of course, we saw this before the war, but today we see it much more, and the figures continue to rise.

The UN has reported that 2024 is the deadliest year for humanitarian workers, with over 320 killed since October 7, 2023, amid the ongoing Gaza war.
Many were killed in the line of duty, including staff from the UNRWA and other aid organizations, while providing critical assistance. The majority of those killed were Palestinian humanitarian personnel.
Providing food is important for the displaced. Our team works to provide food daily to alleviate their suffering. Please donate and share widely and share with others. May God bless you all.
In the city of Kriviy Rih, today.
Natural disasters already claim many lives, all over the world, and there is nothing we can do about it. But here people, if they can be called people at all, are deliberately killing my people, the Ukrainians, every day.
Unfortunately donations are very low, there is not much left for our goal, please continue your support so that we can do it, look into this child's eyes and think of her
