Absolutely disgusted and so disappointed with @nextofficial customer service I have received today. Taken delivery of a bed which is faulty and due to Coronavirus they will not collect it and now expect me to store a king size bed in a one bedroom flat until the virus is over 🤬

Standard shit show from @c2c_Rail, cancel the 5:37 from FS, tell those passengers to board the 5:34 to barking as the 5:37 train will now be starting there. Depart FS on the 5:34 to then be told we will be subject to a delay and now won’t make the connection at barking 🤬🤬
