Back home after a 2 1/2 day tour of Kothagudem and Khammam districts just in time to see the round of 16 FIFA football World Cup prequarters match between Argentina( Messi) and Egypt . There is so much of sporting action going on right now , simultaneously. The Wimbledon is on and so is the TG20 cricket league of Telangana at Uppal which has become such a popular and grand success in its first year . What to watch !!?? One can be seen on TV and the other on JioHotstar . What about the third !! A real testing time to switch between these 3 sports 🤗

బ్యాక్ టు బేసిక్స్ - విధానాన్ని అనుసరించాలని ఈ రోజు ఖమ్మంలో పోలీస్ అధికారులకు చెప్పాను. నిజాయితీ, విజిబుల్ పోలీసింగ్, నిష్పాక్షికత, సాంకేతికత ఆధారంగా ఉండే సమర్థవంతమైన పోలీసింగ్‌నే మన బలంగా తీర్చిదిద్దుకోవాలని సూచించాను.జిల్లా నేరాల సమీక్ష సమావేశానికి అధ్యక్షత వహించి, నేర నియంత్రణ వ్యూహాల్లో ఉన్న లోపాలను అధికారులకు వివరించి, వాటి నివారణకు తీసుకోవాల్సిన చర్యలపై దిశానిర్దేశం చేశాను. ఆర్థిక మోసాలు 30 శాతం, ఉద్యోగాల పేరుతో జరిగే మోసాలు 36 శాతం పెరిగాయి. నకిలీ పత్రాలకు సంబంధించిన కేసులు వేగంగా పెరుగుతున్నాయి. జీఎస్‌టికి సంబంధించిన నేరాల దర్యాప్తు కూడా జరుగుతోంది. సైబర్ నేరాల వల్ల 711 మంది బాధితులు రూ.9.48 కోట్లను కోల్పోగా, ఇప్పటివరకు రూ.1.41 కోట్లను తిరిగి రికవరీ అయింది. మాదకద్రవ్యాల నియంత్రణలో భాగంగా ఈ ఏడాది జిల్లాలో 1,700 కిలోల గంజాయిని స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నాం. రాష్ట్రంలో అత్యధిక గంజాయి స్వాధీనం జరిగే జిల్లాల్లో ఖమ్మం ఒకటిగా కొనసాగుతోంది.

జిల్లా కమాండ్ సెంటర్‌కు అనుసంధానించిన 250 కొత్త సీసీటీవీ కెమెరాలు, వీడియో వాల్ తో పాటు రోడ్డు భద్రతా పార్కును ప్రారంభించాను. తమ గ్రామాల్లో స్వచ్ఛందంగా సీసీటీవీ కెమెరాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసిన ప్రజలను అభినందించాను. విద్యార్థులకు ట్రాఫిక్ నిబంధనలపై అవగాహన కల్పించి, హెల్మెట్లను పంపిణీ చేశాను. రోడ్డు ప్రమాదాలు గణనీయంగా తగ్గాయి. గత ఏడాది ఇదే కాలంలో 317 ప్రమాదాలు నమోదుకాగా, ఈ ఏడాది అవి 146కు తగ్గాయి. వనమహోత్సవం సందర్భంగా మొక్కలు కూడా నాటాను.

అధికారులకు స్పష్టమైన ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చాను. మాదకద్రవ్యాల నియంత్రణ ఒక యుద్ధంలా చెయ్యాలని చెప్పాను. భావితరాలను రక్షించడం మన బాధ్యత. చట్టానికి అనుగుణంగానే విధులు నిర్వహించాలి. న్యాయం ముందుగా పేదలు, నిస్సహాయులకు అందాలి. రాత్రి గస్తీని మరింత బలోపేతం చేయాలి. సీసీటీఎన్‌ఎస్‌లో డేటా నమోదు, నవీకరణను ఖచ్చితంగా పాటించాలి. సివిల్, భూ వివాదాల్లో ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ ఎస్‌ఓపీకి విరుద్ధంగా వ్యవహరించకూడదు. ఇసుక మాఫియా, మట్టి మాఫియా, రౌడీ మూకలపై కఠిన చర్యలు చేపట్టాలి. సీసీటీఎన్‌ఎస్ 3.0, హాక్ ఐ 3.0, టీజీ కాప్స్ 3.0 వంటి ఆధునిక సాంకేతిక వ్యవస్థలను పూర్తిగా వినియోగించాలి. త్వరలోనే ఈగల్ తరహాలో ప్రత్యేక ట్రాఫిక్ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్ బ్యూరోను ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నాం.

చివరగా అధికారులకు ఒక విషయాన్ని స్పష్టంగా చెప్పాను. ఈ యూనిఫాం ధరించడం ఒక గొప్ప అవకాశం, ఒక ప్రత్యేక గౌరవం. మన రాష్ట్రంలోని 4.5 కోట్ల జనాభాలో కేవలం 0.16 శాతం మందికే ఈ అవకాశం లభిస్తుంది. కాబట్టి ఈ యూనిఫాంను నిజాయితీతో, విలువలతో ధరించండి. అది సాధ్యం కాకపోతే, ఈ యూనిఫాం ధరించే అర్హత లేదని గుర్తుంచుకోండి.

BACK TO BASICS. That's what I told officers at Khammam today effective, strong policing built on integrity, visibility, impartiality, and technology.Chaired a Crime Review Meeting and walked officers through lapses in district crime strategies, advising remedial measures. Financial fraud up 30%, job fraud up 36%, fake document cases rising fast, GST offences now under investigation. Cyber crime has claimed 9.48 crore from 711 victims this year, 1.41 crore recovered so far. On narcotics, 1,700 kg of ganja seized this year Khammam remains one of the highest seizure districts in the State.

Inaugurated the Road Safety Park and 250 new CCTVs linked to the district Command Centre, along with the Commissionerate's CCTV Command Facility appreciate citizens who installed cameras in their own villages. Educated students on traffic discipline, distributed helmets. Accidents down sharply 146 this year against 317 last year. Also planted saplings for Vanamahotsavam.

Directions to officers, wage war against narcotics, protect the future generation. Work strictly as per law justice must reach the poor and helpless first. Strengthen night patrolling, enforce strict CCTNS data discipline. No interference in civil and land disputes SOPs without exception. Sand mafia, soil mafia, rowdy elements targeted action, backed by CCTNS 3.0, Hawk Eye 3.0 and TG COPS 3.0. A Traffic Management Bureau, on the lines of EAGLE is coming soon.

Told officers plainly wearing this uniform is a privilege. Only 0.16% of our 4.5 crore population ever gets this chance. Wear it with integrity or don't wear it at all.

ఖమ్మం పర్యటనలో భాగంగా ఈ రోజు కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్ సెంటర్ వీడియో వాల్‌తో పాటు, జిల్లాలోని వివిధ ప్రాంతాల్లో కొత్తగా ఏర్పాటు చేసి, ఈ కేంద్రానికి అనుసంధానించిన 225 సీసీటీవీ కెమెరాలను ప్రారంభించాను. ఈ సీసీటీవీ కెమెరాల ఏర్పాటుకు నిధులు సమకూర్చిన సర్పంచ్‌లు, గ్రామ పెద్దలను సన్మానించాను. అలాగే ఖమ్మం పోలీస్ కమిషనరేట్‌లో రోడ్డు భద్రత అవగాహన కేంద్రాన్ని కూడా ప్రారంభించాను.

ఈ కేంద్రాన్ని ప్రజల్లో, ముఖ్యంగా చిన్నారుల్లో, ట్రాఫిక్ రూల్స్, సురక్షితంగా ప్రయాణించే విధానాలు, సాధారణంగా జరిగే పొరపాట్లను నివారించే పద్ధతులపై అవగాహన పెంపొందించేలా, వాస్తవ రహదారి పరిస్థితులను ప్రతిబింబించే మౌలిక సదుపాయాలతో రూపొందించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ట్రాఫిక్ పోలీస్ సిబ్బందికి, పౌరులకు హెల్మెట్లను పంపిణీ చేస్తూ, హెల్మెట్ ధరించకపోవడం ఇప్పటికీ రోడ్డు ప్రమాదాల్లో మరణాలకు ప్రధాన కారణాల్లో ఒకటిగా ఉందని గుర్తుచేశాను.

పాఠశాల విద్యార్థులతో కలిసి రోడ్డు భద్రత అంశంపై రూపొందించిన “స్నేక్స్ అండ్ ల్యాడర్స్” ఆట ఆడటం ఎంతో ఆనందంగా అనిపించింది. ఇలాంటి భాగస్వామ్య, అనుభవాత్మక కార్యక్రమాలు సాంప్రదాయ అధికారిక సందేశాల కంటే జనరేషన్ Z, జనరేషన్ ఆల్ఫా పిల్లలకు మరింత ప్రభావవంతంగా చేరి, రోడ్డు భద్రతపై అవగాహన పెంపొందించడంలో ఎంతో ఉపయోగపడతాయి.

Today, I inaugurated the Command control centre video wall and the newly installed 225 CCTV cameras around #Khammam district and connected here. Felicitated the sarpanchs and elders who contributed funds for installing them. Also inaugurated the Road Safety Awareness Centre at Khammam #Police Commissionerate.

The Centre is designed to level up public awareness, especially among children, on road rules, safe practices and avoiding common mistakes through infrastructure that closely mirrors real-world road conditions. I also distributed helmets to traffic personnel and citizens, reminding them that not wearing one remains a leading cause of fatalities in road accidents. Rolling the dice on the road safety Snakes and Ladders game with schoolchildren was fun. Such interactive sessions reaches Gen Z and Gen Alpha far better, as they may not heed conventional bureaucratic messaging.

కొత్తగూడెంలో నేరాల సమీక్ష అనంతరం నేను, ఐజీ మల్టీ జోన్-1 చంద్రశేఖర్‌తో కలిసి ఖమ్మం చేరుకున్నాం. అక్కడ సీపీ సునీల్ దత్, కలెక్టర్ దివాకర్ మాకు స్వాగతం పలికారు. అనంతరం నిర్వహించిన డిన్నర్ లో సీపీ ఆహ్వానం మేరకు పొరుగు జిల్లాల ఎస్పీలు, కలెక్టర్లు కూడా పాల్గొన్నారు.

ఈ డిన్నర్ 1990లలో నేను జిల్లా స్థాయిలో పనిచేసిన జ్ఞాపకాలను గుర్తుకు తెచ్చింది. ఆ రోజుల్లో అధికారులు తరచూ ఇలాంటి కార్యక్రమాల్లో కలుసుకునేవారు. పరస్పర స్నేహబంధాన్ని, సమన్వయాన్ని మరింత బలోపేతం చేసేవి. ఆ జ్ఞాపకాలు మళ్లీ గుర్తొచ్చాయి.యువ మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్లు, ఐటీడీఏ ప్రాజెక్ట్ అధికారులు (PO ITDAలు), ఏఎస్పీ, అదనపు ఎస్పీలతో మాట్లాడటం సంతోషంగా అనిపించింది.

ఈరోజు కూడా ఖమ్మంలో బిజీ షెడ్యూల్ ఉంది. సాయంత్రానికి హైదరాబాద్‌కు తిరుగు ప్రయాణం కానున్నాను.

After the crime review in kothagudem I and IG Multi Zone-1 Chandrasekhar reached Khammam , were received by the CP Sunil Dutt and Collector Diwakar and later we had a dinner get together where some neighbouring district SPs and Collectors also were invited by the CP. It brought back memories of my own district life in the 1990s when officers used to meet socially quite often and that led to lot of comaraderie and coordination and made me nostalgic.

It felt great to chat with the young municipal commissioners, PO ITDA s , ASP and Addl SP s .
Today is a busy day again in Khammam before I head back to Hyderabad by late evening

మాదకద్రవ్యాల అక్రమ రవాణాదారులను తీవ్రవాదులు, ఉగ్రవాదుల కంటే మరింత ప్రమాదకరంగా పరిగణిస్తామని, వారిపై ఇంకా కఠినమైన చట్టపరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని స్పష్టం చేశాను. అలాగే దర్యాప్తుల నాణ్యతను మెరుగుపరచడం, శిక్షల శాతాన్ని పెంచడం, ప్రతి కేసుకు సంబంధించిన పూర్తి రికార్డులను సీసీటీఎన్‌ఎస్‌లో సకాలంలో అప్‌లోడ్ చేయడం తప్పనిసరిగా చేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించాను. 2029 డిసెంబర్ నాటికి తెలంగాణను మాదకద్రవ్య రహిత రాష్ట్రంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలన్న రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యాన్ని నిరంతర enforcement చర్యలు , ప్రజల భాగస్వామ్యంతో సాధించేందుకు మా నిబద్ధతను మరోసారి పునరుద్ఘాటించాను.

In the evening, I reviewed the performance of the Bhadradri Kothagudem Police Unit. Sat through a detailed presentation by the SP and his officers on the district's crime statistics, conviction rates, anti-narcotics efforts, investigations and key administrative issues. As the district shares borders with Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh, I stressed that it remains a critical entry point for ganja trafficking and directed officers to intensify action against ganja cultivation, transportation and organised drug networks, while strengthening surveillance and route checks at bus stations, railway stations and other transit points with the support of K9 units.

I said drug traffickers would be treated as more dangerous than extremists and terrorists and would face even stricter legal action. I also directed officers to improve the quality of investigations, enhance conviction rates and ensure timely uploading of complete digital case records on CCTNS. Reaffirmed our commitment to advancing the State Government's vision of making #Telangana a drug-free State by December 2029 through sustained enforcement and public participation.

Later, I visited the 6th Battalion and SDRF Unit at Chatakonda - Palvancha. I inspected the barracks, training facilities, armoury, infra, rescue equipment and interacted with SDRF teams. As the district is prone to floods and other natural calamities, I called for faster mobilisation, closer coordination with other departments and the highest levels of operational readiness at all times.

అనంతరం సందర్శకుల పుస్తకంలో నా అభిప్రాయాలను నమోదు చేశాను. చక్కగా రూపకల్పన చేయబడిన పోలీస్ స్టేషన్లు ఫిర్యాదుదారులు, ప్రజల్లో మరింత విశ్వాసాన్ని కలిగించడమే కాకుండా, పోలీసు సిబ్బంది అత్యుత్తమంగా పనిచేసేందుకు అనుకూలమైన కార్యవాతావరణాన్ని కూడా సృష్టిస్తాయి.

తెలంగాణ పోలీస్ లో హోంగార్డు నుంచి డీజీపీ వరకు ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ మాదకద్రవ్యాల నిర్మూలనను ఉక్కు సంకల్పంతో ముందుకు వెళ్ళాలని పిలుపునిచ్చాను. మన యువతను, భావి తరాలను మాదకద్రవ్యాల మహమ్మారి నుంచి కాపాడేందుకు మాదకద్రవ్యాల వ్యతిరేక పోరాటాన్ని మరింత ఉధృతం చెయ్యాలని చెప్పాను. మాదకద్రవ్యాల విక్రేతలు, సాగుదారులను నక్సలైట్ల కంటే కూడా ప్రమాదకరమైన వారిగా పరిగణించి, వారి పై ఎలాంటి కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని స్పష్టం చేశాను.

Inaugurated the newly constructed Manuguru Police Station building today. Though administrative sanction was accorded nearly a decade ago, the project remained incomplete for want of funds until the collective support of Singareni Collieries Company Limited(SCCL), public representatives, the district administration and other stakeholders brought it to fruition. I inspected the facility, which is well equipped with modern facilities, including a Mini Command and Control Centre. I also interacted with the station staff and exhorted them to be tough against anti-social elements, rowdy offenders and embrace the latest technologies, AI. Feeding data into CCTNS 3.0 is top priority to make the entire policing smarter and efficient.

I also recorded my remarks in the Visitors' Book. Well-designed police stations not only provide a more reassuring experience for complainants and the public but also create a more enabling work environment that motivates our personnel to perform at their best.

Addressing the gathering, I emphasised that every rank of the Telangana Police, from Home Guard to DGP, must pursue the anti-narcotics mission with steel resolve to insulate our youth and future generations from the menace of drugs and intensify the enforcement drives. The peddlers and growers are to be viewed worse than even naxalites and we need to strike hard at them.

Reached Bhadradri Kothagudem this evening, continuing the district visits after Adilabad and Nirmal. Was welcomed by District Collector Ankith and Superintendent of Police Rohith Raj and their officers . I've always believed that field visits are the backbone of effective administration and no online report or video call or conference can substitute listening directly to officers and understanding local challenges first hand.

These district visits allow me to review preparedness, meet officials face to face and take stock of ongoing initiatives. Am insisting on the SP s hosting a dinner for the district officers of all departments during my visit so that I come to know them and also as an act of comaraderie which go a long way in bringing about coordination at the district level .

Tomorrow's schedule is packed, Manuguru Police Station inauguration, New DPO building at Palvancha, AR DSP Quarters inauguration, AR Headquarters Kothagudem, Police Guest House inauguration, Crime Review Meeting at Police Conference Hall, Kothagudem with all officers and then proceed to Khammam for further engagements.

Just see this catch taken by Mickil Jaiswal in the TGT20 match yesterday in the Uppal stadium in the match between Khammam Aces and Ranga Reddy Risers .I have never seen a better catch than this ever since I first started playing league cricket in 1982 , even in all types of international cricket . What is spectacular is the way he landed and balanced himself without breaking his ankle or foot , so as not to cross the boundary. Any comments !

The State Government is thinking of strengthening the Food safety and Drug Control Department by combining both and create structures under a single HOD with sufficient enforcement, legal,fsl and prosecution wings in light of the increasing adulteration of the food that we are consuming and which are leading to increasing cancers and health issues and also the spread of narcotics in the state . We can spare some force saved from downsizing of greyhounds and octopus for the enforcement wing now of this new organisation . Inter Department discussion was fruitful and we’ ll be able to progress quickly in this

Acting on the directions of Chief Minister @revanth_anumula, Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju chaired a high-level review meeting on food safety at the Dr. B.R. #Ambedkar #Telangana State #Secretariat, along with DGP C.V. Anand & Sr officials.

CS directed officials to strictly enforce food safety laws, intensify inspections & take strong action against the sale of adulterated and unsafe food products to protect public health.

He stressed the need for better coordination between the Food Safety and #Drug #Control depts & instructed officials to submit proposals within a week to bring both departments onto a common platform for more effective implementation and monitoring.

He also asked officials to study best practices from other States and prepare a suitable action plan for Telangana.

The meeting reviewed the progress of food safety inspections, registered cases, staffing, and enforcement measures. Sr officials, including CM's Advisor K. Ramakrishna Rao, Principal Secretaries, Health Department officials, #GHMC #Commissioner RV. Karnan, Health Commissioner Sangeetha, Drug Controller Avinash Mohanty & other senior officers, attended the meeting.

మే 30న నిర్వహించిన వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్‌లో జారీ చేసిన ముఖ్యమైన ఆదేశాల అమలు, ఇతర అంశాల పై పురోగతిని సమీక్షించేందుకు ఎస్‌ఐ మరియు అంతకంటే పైస్థాయి అధికారులందరితో ఈ రోజు వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్ నిర్వహించాను. పలు అంశాల్లో గణనీయమైన పురోగతి ఉంది. అయితే పోలీసింగ్ ఫలితాలను మరింత మెరుగుపరచాలంటే నిరంతర కృషి, సకాలంలో డేటా అప్లోడ్ చెయ్యడం, సమర్థవంతమైన పర్యవేక్షణ వ్యూహాలు అవసరమని స్పష్టం చేశాను.ఎన్ఫోర్స్మెంట్ చర్యలు, దర్యాప్తులు, శిక్షణ, పోర్టళ్ల సమర్థ వినియోగం వంటి అంశాల్లో అన్ని యూనిట్స్ కు సరైన అవగాహన కల్పిస్తూ మరింత సమన్వయంతో పనిచేయాలని ఈగల్, CSB డైరెక్టర్లను ఆదేశించాను.

ప్రతి అధికారి చేసిన పర్యటనలు, నిర్వహించిన తనిఖీలు, హ్యాండ్ రిటెన్ నోట్స్ సకాలంలో సమర్పించిన వారి వివరాలు, గ్రామ సందర్శనలు తదితర అంశాలను సమీక్షించాను. స్టేషన్ ఇన్స్పెక్షన్స్ సందర్భంగా మాదకద్రవ్యాల నిరోధక చర్యలు, సైబర్ నేరాల దర్యాప్తు, రహదారి భద్రత చర్యలపై మరింత లోతైన సమీక్షలు నిర్వహించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించాను. కేసుల్లో శిక్షలు పడేలా విశేష కృషి చేసిన ఇన్‌స్పెక్టర్లు , ఎస్‌ఐలను, Dial 112 కాల్స్‌కు అత్యుత్తమంగా స్పందించిన అధికారులను, కరుడుగట్టిన నేరస్థుడిని ఎదుర్కొంటూ కాల్పులు జరిపిన హెడ్ కానిస్టేబుల్‌ను అభినందించాను.

గత కొన్ని రోజుల్లో విడుదలైన బడ్జెట్ నిధుల వివరాలను అధికారులకు తెలియజేసి, అకౌంటింగ్‌లో జరుగుతున్న పొరపాట్లు వివరించాను. అవినీతి, ప్రజలను వేధించే చర్యలకు పాల్పడుతున్న కొందరు అధికారులను హెచ్చరిస్తూ, ఇటువంటి చర్యలు కొనసాగితే త్వరలోనే సస్పెన్షన్‌కు గురికావాల్సి వస్తుందని స్పష్టం చేశాను.

రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా సీసీటీవీ కెమెరాల విస్తరణపై కూడా చర్చించాము. గత మూడు నుంచి నాలుగు సంవత్సరాల నిర్లక్ష్యం కారణంగా CCTNS‌కు సంబంధించిన సమస్యలు పెరగడంతో, ప్రస్తుతం పోలీస్ స్టేషన్లలో పెండింగ్ డేటా నమోదును అత్యంత వేగంగా పూర్తి చేసి CCTNSతో పాటు TGCOP, Hawk Eye వ్యవస్థలను పూర్తిగా నవీకరించి జాతీయ స్థాయిలో రాష్ట్ర ర్యాంకింగ్‌ను మెరుగుపరచేందుకు ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారించామని అధికారులకు వివరించాను.రాష్ట్ర పోలీస్ అధికారుల సంఘం ఎన్నికలను త్వరితగతిన నిర్వహించడం, కొత్త 112 వ్యవస్థ అమలుకు సన్నద్ధం కావడం, జాతీయ ప్రమాణాలకు అనుగుణంగా పోలీసింగ్ పనితీరును మరింత మెరుగుపరచి మెరుగైన జాతీయ ర్యాంకింగ్ సాధించేందుకు తీసుకోవాల్సిన చర్యలపై దాదాపు మూడు గంటల పాటు సవివరంగా చర్చించాము.

Had a VC with all SI and above rank officers to review the progress made and compliance with the key directions issued during the previous VC on 30 th May. I observed significant improvements across several areas and reminded officers of the need for consistent efforts, timely data updates and better monitoring strategies to further strengthen policing outcomes. I directed the EAGLE and CSB Directors to work more closely with all units by supporting enforcement, investigations, training, effective utilisation of portals and clearance of pending data uploads.I reviewed the visits made by each , the inspections done , who all have submitted their handwritten notes in time , who all have done inspections , village visits etc .During inspections, officers must undertake deeper reviews of anti-narcotics efforts, cybercrime investigations and road safety measures.

I praised the SI s and inspectors who got convictions in cases , those who did exceptional work in response to Dial 112 calls , the HC who fired upon the dangerous property offender. Informed the officers the budgets released in the last few days and informed them the accounting mistakes being made which are delaying sanctions. Warned some officers indulging in corruption and public harassment that they will be suspended soon.We also discussed expanding CCTV coverage. CCTNS issues have become a matter of great concern due the neglect over 3-4 years and we have been on overdrive to feed in the data in stations and bring that and TGCOP and Hawk Eye uptodate to improve national rankings. Expediting the State Police Officers’ election, preparing for the rollout of the new 112 system, and aligning our performance with national parameters to achieve higher standards of policing and also rankings were discussed threadbare over 3 hours.
